(h) To Approve the Purchase of a 2015 Chevrolet Tahoe for
the Middletown Municipal Court from Byers Chevrolet, Columbus, Ohio, in the
amount of $31,445.50.
LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2015-17, a resolution declaring the
necessity of repairing certain sidewalks and driveway aprons in the City of Middletown, requiring
that abutting property owners repair the same. (2nd Reading)
2. Ordinance No. O2015-24, an ordinance enacting Chapter
1456 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown establishing regulations for
chronic nuisance abatement. (2nd Reading)
3. Ordinance No. O2015-25, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with Rack & Ballauer Excavating Co., Inc. for the Central Avenue
Improvements Project and declaring an emergency.
4. Ordinance No. O2015-26, an ordinance amending the pay
ordinance, Ordinance No. O2014-63. (1st Reading)
5. Ordinance No. O2015-27, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with Brandstetter Carroll Inc. for engineering and grant
administration services for obstruction removal from airport grounds. (1st Reading)
6. Ordinance No. O2015-28, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with Opengov, Inc. to provide a public financial website. (1st Reading)
