LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2015-12, a resolution declaring the
intent of the City of Middletown
to appropriate a temporary easement in certain real property owned by W. Eugene
Taylor, Trustee located at parcel number Q6542099000007 and declaring an
emergency.
2. Resolution No. R2015-14, a resolution declaring the
intent of the City of Middletown
to appropriate a fee simple interest and a temporary easement in certain real
property owned by Melvin and Ethel Armstrong located at parcel number
Q6542100000002 and declaring an emergency.
3. Resolution No. R2015-15, a resolution declaring the intent
of the City of Middletown to appropriate certain real property owned by AK
Steel Corp. and affiliated companies known as Oxford State Road Project Parcel
Number 25 (Q6542041000032, Q6542041000033, Q6542041000034, Q6542041000035,
Q6542041000036, Q6542041000037, Q6542041000038, Q6542041000039), Project Parcel
Number 26 (Q6542057000015), Project Parcel Number 28 (Q6542060000002,

Muddy Creek Subdistrict of the Miami Conservancy District located at parcel
number Q6542060000015 and declaring an emergency.
5. Ordinance No. O2015-22, an ordinance authorizing the City
Manager to consent to the City of Middletown
participating in the Ohio Department of Transportation Municipal Bridge
Inspection Program. (2nd Reading)
6. Ordinance No. O2015-23, an ordinance authorizing an
intergovernmental agreement with Southwest Regional Water District. (2nd Reading)
7. Ordinance No. O2015-24, an ordinance enacting Chapter
1456 of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Middletown establishing regulations for
chronic nuisance abatement. (1st Reading)
8. Resolution No. R2015-17, a resolution declaring the
necessity of repairing certain sidewalks and driveway aprons in the City of Middletown, requiring
that abutting property owners repair the same. (1st Reading)
