Been paying these for multiple properties, and recently noticed that the bills are approx.15% - 20% higher imo.
Have we had a substantial increase in anything on the billing lately?

Factguy?

Anyone else notice a difference?

Yes, the rates have gone up beginning with the last billing cycle.

Mine has jumped from around 56.00 a month to about 71.00 a month for the last two bills. Add that to everything else like television service, internet, utilities, gas, property tax increases it's crushing those of us that don't reap guberment freebies, hell pretty soon the productive citizens may as well give up and join the easy life on welfare they seem to be the only ones that obama is concerned about. And oh yea it looks like king (who needs congress) obama announced his new epa regulations that is going to force coal burning electric plants to shut down. Looks like my house will be burning candles before too long. Any one feel like they live in a third world sh*t hole yet?

Council Meeting 11-05-2013
The water and sewer rates will increase each of the next three years because of all the missing funds that were diverted to other projects over the years.
