1. Ordinance No. O2014-23, an ordinance to levy special
assessments for the installation of decorative street lighting along South Main
Street between First Avenue and Ninth Avenue in the City of Middletown during
the year 2014 against the lots and lands benefitted by said improvements. (2nd Reading)
2. Ordinance No. O2014-24, an ordinance authorizing a
contract with JK Meruer Corp. for the realignment of Run
Way and Wedekind
Drive at Middletown Regional Airport. (2nd Reading)
3. Resolution No. R2014-16, a resolution to make
adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown,
