We are seeking staff for our newly acquired property: Trail Bridge Townhomes.
Community Manager – Qualifications: 2-3 years of property management experience, working knowledge of day to day property management duties, including rent collection, file management, budgeting etc., Computer skills, Excellent communication skills, ability to organize and schedule work of associates, Valid driver's license, High school diploma/GED. Position pays $14-$17.00/hr depending on experience
Maintenance Tech – Qualifications: Must be able to perform day-to-day maintenance functions for the community including carpentry, painting, plumbing, and electrical, complete all work orders in a timely & efficient manner, high school diploma/GED, Must possess a valid driver’s License, must provide personal tools. HVAC a plus. Position pays $14-$17.00/hr depending on experience
Groundskeeper – Qualification: Must be able to maintain the physical grounds of the property, High school Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license. Position pays $10-$12.00/hr depending on experience
