1. Ordinance No. O2013-69, an ordinance amending Section 1050.07 of the Codified Ordinances. (2nd Reading)
2. Ordinance No. O2013-70, an ordinance to establish a procedure for and authorizing an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Dayton. (2nd Reading)
3. Resolution No. R2013-50, a resolution to make appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2014. (Alternative Annual Budget – 2014) (2nd Reading)
4. Resolution No. R2013-51, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013 and declaring an emergency. (General, Auto & Gas Tax Fund, City Income Tax Fund, Police Grant Fund, ARRA Grant Fund, HUD Section 108 Fund, Storm Water Fund, and Airport Fund)
5. Resolution No. R2013-52, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013 and declaring an emergency. (Appropriation Transfer – General Fund and Transit Fund)
