MU-H kicks it off in incredible fashion with the very young and very talented Sara Jarocz. Just turned 22, this incredible vocalist and multi-instrumentalist brings her string combo to Parrish Auditorium(the best acoustical venue around). The opening act features an amazing new dou of Cia Cherryholmes(from the grammy-winning family band Cherryholmes) and her new husband who is a singer/songwriter/guitar player. As to which of these young superstars will be better--don't even worry enjoy them both for a pittance of what it would coast to see them elsewhere.

 

The MU-M series starts on Oct.19th with the legendary BELA FLECK--the world's premier banjo player who crosses all musical barriers and has conquered them all. He will be joined by his amazingly talented wife, singer/bajoist Abigail Washburn. We are blessed to have this duo visit Middletown--trust me.

 

Both series are winners from beginning to end and very convenient and affordable.

 

Be there--this is as good as it gets around here.
