7. MOTION AGENDA
(a) To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with LJB, Inc. for engineering design services associated with improving the I-75 / SR 122 interchange area.
(b) To authorize the sale of a nonproductive City owned lot at 1126 Garfield Street for $500.
(c) To authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Rack & Ballauer Excavating Co., to proceed with the 2013 Local Street Improvement Project- Part 2.

II. LEGISLATION
1 . Ordinance No. O2013-38, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Howell Contractors, inc. for the rehabilitation of the North Interceptor Sewer and declaring an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2013-39, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Green Township for the purchase of a 2002 fire aerial apparatus and declaring an emergency.
3 . Resolution No. R2013-16, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013. (Appropriations Transfer – Downtown Improvement Fund and General Fund) (2nd Reading)
4. Resolution No. R2013-17, a resolution confirming a determination of the City Planning Commission approving an amendment to the Planned Use Modification Development Plan for the mobile home park located at 2410 Carmody Boulevard in an I-1 (Industrial Park) District and declaring an emergency.
5. Ordinance No. O2013-40, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an amendment to a contract with Howell Contractors, Inc. for repair of the East Middletown Interceptor Sewer and declaring an emergency.
6. Ordinance No. O2013-41, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Cincinnati Bell Telephone Company, LLC for various telecommunications services. (1st Reading)
7. Ordinance No. O2013-42, an ordinance authorizing a contract with Ohio Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T for certain telecommunications services. (1st Reading)
8. Resolution No. R2013-18, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013. (Downtown Improvement Fund) (1st Reading)
