(a) To authorize the City Manager to enter into a five year agreement with Start Aviation, Inc. to act as the Middletown Regional Airport Manager/Operator.

III. LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2013‐29, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a
settlement agreement with SRW Environmental Services, Inc. and declaring an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2013‐30, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing
an extension of the current contract with SmartBill, LTD for the printing and mailing of
water bills and declaring an emergency.
3. Ordinance No. O2013‐31, an ordinance authorizing an amendment to a lease
agreement with Fifth Third Bank and declaring an emergency.
4. Ordinance No. O2013‐32, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in
the maximum aggregate principal amount of $3,400,000 for the purpose of refunding
bonds previously issued by the City to pay costs of the acquisition of real estate and
interests in real estate for hospital facilities. (2nd Reading)
5. Ordinance No. O2013‐33, an ordinance providing for the issuance and sale of bonds in
the maximum aggregate principal amount of $2,575,000 for the purpose of refunding
bonds previously issued by the City to pay costs of constructing a building to house the
Ohio Twelfth District Court of Appeals, together with parking and related
appurtenances. (2nd Reading)
6. Ordinance No. O2013‐34, an ordinance authorizing the continuation of military leave
with pay and the continuation of certain benefits to full time City employees who are
called to active duty and declaring an emergency.
7. Resolution R2013‐11, a resolution to adopt the revision of the Solid Waste District
generation fee and amend Section VIII of the Solid Waste Management Plan of Butler
County, Ohio. (1st Reading)
