1. Ordinance No. O2013-26, an ordinance amending Chapter 268 (Park Board) and repealing Chapter 269 (Tree Commission) of the codified ordinances. (2 nd Reading)

2. Ordinance No. O2013-27, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Local Project Authority (LPA) Agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the widening and reconstruction of a portion of Yankee Road. (2nd Reading)

3. Ordinance No. O2013-28, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Andritz Separation, Inc. for the maintenance of the centrifuge at the Waste Water Treatment Plant for four years. (2nd Reading)

4. Ordinance No. O2013-29, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a settlement agreement with SRW Environmental Services, Inc. and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until May 21, 2013)

5. Ordinance No. O2013-30, ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an extension of the current contract with SmartBill, LTD for the printing and mailing of water bills and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until May 21, 2013)

I realize that Yankee Rd. needs to be improved but we all know there are a lot of others that need it to.IMO what AK wants or needs are "SPINELESS ONES" will bend over backwards to get it done.Also as usual are "SPINELESS ONES" give tax breaks and any other kind of breaks that in the long run "WE" the "TAXPAYERS" pay for it dearly.Cry
