(e) Accept and award as lowest and best bid from the Southwest Ohio Purchaser’s for Government (SWOP4G), the cooperative bid for the purchase of liquid chlorine from Bonded Chemical, in the amount of $.627/gallon for use at the Wastewater Treatment Plant and $.82/gallon for use at the Water Treatment Plant.
(f) Accept and award as lowest and best bid from the SWOP4G, the cooperative bid for the purchase of Hydrofluosilicic Acid (HFS), from Bonded Chemical, in the amount of $3.55/gallon to be used by the Water Treatment Plant. MIDDLETOWN CITY COUNCIL AGENDA , January 22, 2013
7. MOTION AGENDA
Authorize the extension of a contract with ABL Management, Inc. to provide food services to the Municipal Jail in the approximate amount of $140,000 annually.

II. LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2013-02, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing the lease of a portion of the City Building to the Middletown City School District. (2nd Reading)
2. Ordinance No. O2013-03, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Century Equipment for the lease of golf carts. (1st Reading)
3. Resolution No. R2013-02, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013 and declaring this an emergency measure. (Wellfield Protection Fund)
