II. LEGISLATION
1. Ordinance No. O2012-66, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract between the City and the Cincinnati State Technical and Community College for the transfer of City owned property. (2nd Reading)
2. Resolution No. R2013-01, a resolution to establish the HUD Section 108 Loan Fund and to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013 and declaring this an emergency measure.
3. Ordinance No. O2013-01, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing the extension of a lease of certain real property to Butler County MetroParks and declaring an emergency.
4. Ordinance No. O2013-02, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing the lease of a portion of the City Building to the Middletown City School District. (1st Reading)
III. EXECUTIVE SESSION
