1. Ordinance No. O2012-35, an ordinance establishing a procedure for authorizing purchases of asphalt by the City Purchasing Agent in 2012 and declaring an emergency.
2. Ordinance No. O2012-36, an ordinance establishing criteria for and waiving sewer connection fees for home owners on Lefferson Road between Breiel Boulevard and Cincinnati Dayton Road. (1st Reading)
3. Ordinance No. O2012-37, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing an amendment to the contract with Barrett Paving Materials, Inc. for the improvements to University Boulevard. (1st Reading)
4. Resolution No. R2012-25, a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit an application to the Ohio Public Works Commission for Project Year 26 requesting funding for improvements to Towne Boulevard and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until September 18, 2012.)
