(a) To Authorize the Sale of City Owned Property at 810 Seventeenth Avenue. (b) To Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with Ford Development Corp. to construct the Hook Drive Stormwater Force Main and Lift Station in an amount not to exceed $487,041.00.

1. Resolution No. R2012‐20, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2011. (Appropriations Transfer‐ HUD Fund) (2nd Reading)
2. Resolution No. R2012‐21, a resolution authorizing the transfer of monies appropriated in theWater Fund to the Water Capital Reserve Fund. (2nd Reading)
3. Resolution No. R2012‐22, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2012 and declaring an emergency. (General Fund, Golf Course Fund and Sewer Fund)
4. Ordinance No. O2012‐30, an ordinance authorizing the City Manager to enter into a Local Project Authority Agreement with the Ohio Department of Transportation for the widening and reconstruction of a portion of Yankee Road. (1st Reading)
