II. LEGISLATION
1. Resolution No. R2012-07, a resolution in support of the designation of State Route 42 in Warren County as the “Warren County Veterans Highway”. (2nd Reading)

Resolution No. R2012-10, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2012, and to declare an emergency. (Wellfield Protection Fund) (No action requested until May 1, 2012)
3. Ordinance No. O2012-18, an ordinance authorizing the incidental expenditure of public funds in support of the public safety levy being placed on the ballot on behalf of the City in August 2012. (1st Reading)
