Vet- this is a good outlet for Randy.  When he's done washing the cars and making the coffee I'm sure they want him to go away.  Hello basement and reruns of that special moment when Paul Browns vision does come true.

OK, but look at the whole statistical sheet of 32 teams, not just the top 5 defenses......

Cincinnati won over the team ranked 9th (Browns) and 27th (Bills) in defense and lost to the 17th (49ers) and 23rd ranked (Broncos)Conclusion.....as good as the Bengals seem to be on statistical defense, is as bad as they seem to be at scoring against weak defenses like the 49ers and Broncos in the two losses. They have the 12th ranked statistical defense at the Jaguars this Sunday. Their number one ranked defense has gotten them only at .500- dead even. All you are doing is making it tougher for the other team to get into the end zone, but you ain't scoring enough to be more than .500 either. End of the season makes you at 8 and 8 at this pace. Not good enough for the playoffs, right?

Bengals doing well so far. One of the weakest schedules in the NFL to consider. If they make it to the playoffs (a big if) they'll finally start playing some decent teams. Indy up next. Should be a Bengal's win as we all know Indy is one of the worse teams in the league without Manning. Bengals fans will be yelling "Super Bowl baby" after they go to 4 and 2 this Sunday......that is, until they play the Steelers and the Ravens. Then we'll all get to see how they will do against some actual competition. That will be the real indicator of how good/bad this team really is.

Winning until they hit the part of the schedule where they played the Steelers and Ravens. Then we quickly found out that they can beat the .500 and under teams like the Colts, Bills and Jaguars, but have trouble beating winning teams. I think the Bengals winning 6 and 4 record reflects the weak schedule. Next week, the Browns and back to winning again......against non-playoff teams. They did make a decent comeback against the Ravens, just didn't tie it at the end. Still have these two teams to play again. Let's see if they show us that they can beat winners the second time around. If not, probably no playoffs this year and if they do go to post season, won't last long. Dalton not a bad qb for the rookie year. Receivers didn't look bad today either.

Ok Randy smuckums.......35 to 7. Not a good day to be a Bengals fan.

Might lose again to Houston at 8 and 3. That puts your Bengals at 7 and 6. Probably win at St. Louis. Terrible team. That's 8 and 6. Probably win the next one too. Will make them 9 and 6. A loss to the Ravens puts them at 9 and 7.........don't know, randall lou.....might not make it as a wild card at 9 and 7. Crap!

Oh no..... randy sue.....lost in the last 2 seconds!!!! Could put 'em out of the playoffs. Crap! Need to win the St. Louis Rams and Arizona games. Probably won't win the Ravens game. Listening to my favorite post game locker room report on WLW with Davy Lapham. Alan Cutler has said "a tough day to be a Bengals fan" at least 10 times now. Needs to get an new line. Kinda quiet in the old locker room. Now Kenny Brewski from Channel 5 is on. Gotta listen to the frustrated Bengal fans. The frustration provides great entertainment. Bengals had -1 yard in rushing in the 2nd half....so says Ken B.

Ok....beat a 2 and 12 team as expected. Took until the third quarter to do it. Didn't look that good in the win. Kinda lackluster. Alot of helmet to helmet for both teams. Only called on the Rams though. Officials missed a few helmet to helmet on those Bengals. Football's a contact sport. Guess the officials forgot that fact today. Kinder/gentler in their minds. Pathetic. The game has gotten soft like societies values, IMO. We have become candyland.

Benson fumbled several times. Seems the ball bounced the Bengals way on the recoveries. Lucky on those.

Bottom line. They may lose the next two games with Arizona and the Ravens. Arizona is playing well these days. Ravens always give the Bengals a hard time. Hard to see where they'll be in the playoffs at this point.

Randy Louuuu and Hermes

Well....nothing to say but congratulations on making the playoffs. Came in the back door to do it, but still, will play Houston. Now, we will find out how good your team is. Your Bengals will now play decent caliber teams with winning records. No more sub-par teams with losing records to pad the wins. Now starts the actual football season. Let's see how far they go. It'll tell you what kind of team you really have.

Davey Laugh'em said it already. "There will be some out there that will say they don't belong in the playoffs, how they came in the back door" (I've already said it) "But the fact is they are in the playoffs". True, but IMO, nothing to be actually proud of. Really didn't earn it with your play, but by the play of others. Luck of the draw/how the stars were aligned so to speak. Alan Cutler, once again, used his overused slogan, "it's a good day to be a Bengals fan". What a    ! Good luck gentlemen. Although you just received that luck, you will need more if your team intends to go beyond the opening round.

I think we have a good chance at beating Houston, might not get much farther after that, but I am glad to have one more game to watch next Sunday.
