Go to City Council listing on left side of forum page. Go to page 18- locate mMF of Mmf by M. Presta and read. Go to City Council listing again. Page 22. Locate MMF- actual scan of "the document" and read. That should get you started. There are posts related to MMF activity scattered throughout this forum that should give you an overall picture of what they are all about. |
