Did anyone else notice that both water and sewer rates went UP again, effective on this month's water bill???

Yes, I certainly did notice. Another unnecessary "rip off the citizens" fee !!!

Did the Journal cover this? Didn't see anything about it. City just quietly upped the bill, did they? Wonder what the justification was? Manpower costs, chemical cost increases? Strickly to put a few more pennies into the budget? Mr. Laubach/ Ms. Scott-Jones, if you read this, could you give us a reason? We know the others won't talk to us.

It's a tough economy,but they have a comprehensive plan. Dead
