I think I heard more council members "abstain" from voting last night than I have the previous 7 months. I hope all of these votes were due ot true conflicts of interest than anything just not wanting to go on record as a yes or no vote. At one point, Josh didn't even know what he was voting on.Confused

I would not be surprised if one day we have ONE vote and SIX abstentions and Landen declares:
"Abstentions count with the majority!!  The MOTION PASSES!!"
