At last nights meeting city manager wanted to remove legislation item 5 and have it discussed in executive session, but some council members wanted no part of that and encouraged staff to discuss this issue out in the open

Gees....so now Gilleland just blatantly puts a lid on it knowing it's a backroom deal. That tells me she could care less what the people think and what some council members think.
People this woman needs to find another job !
