| Don't know if this was a wise move on Mr. Soppanish's part. Mr. Smith did work for the Obama campaign and the photos are probably genuine. If I were a 2nd Ward resident, I would be more interested in what the two men want to do for my ward and my city than who Mr. Smith was using in his campaign literature. Showing Mr. Smith with Obama doesn't matter in relation to what he can or can't do for the city as a councilperson. Does this really matter on local issues? |

Mr. Smith did nothing wrong, the case was just dismissed. The only person this reflects poorly on is Mr. Soppanish, he's shown everyone what a petty, classless campaign he's running. What a comical waste of the Ohio Elections Commissions time, unbelievable...  |

Weaver, if it was wrong, why was the case dismissed?  Are you suggesting that the OEC was wrong also? |
