A citizen at last nights council meeting makes a case as to why the city of Middletown needs animal control

If council cuts the city animal control why can't the county cover the city ? In several places across the state county also  covers cities. Also getting county to cover but perhaps keep the officer but eliminate everything else. If animal control is turned over to the PD you better put a bullet proof vest on your dog.
