Please correct me if I'm wrong,but didn't Middletown just recieve the designation of a tree friendly city recently ? If so why are they cutting down all the trees along Verity in downtown or is that Duke energy doing that ? ------------- No more democrats no more republicans,vote Constitution Party !! |

Mike that makes no sense at all to me. What is the purpose behind that ? I've always enjoyed the trees along that section,they seem to add something to the look of the street. ------------- No more democrats no more republicans,vote Constitution Party !! |

The whole "beautification" thing is nice and appreciated, however it has little to do with the fundamental issues strangling our city today.
I agree with Mike--don't lose focus on the real problems needing to be addressed.
And don't be distracted by these extraeneous situations.
Pretending to be busy on side issues.
