One thing that struck me as odd was turning the old hospital land into an Upscale Senior Citizens living Center.  Folks we need to build housing to attract a younger Upper income TAX PAYING CITIZEN.  If everything is Section 8 and for Seniors who is going to support the city.  Now I am getting up their in age and I realize that the baby boomers are coming, but we must think of the future of the City 20-30 years from now.

Good job, Pacman!
Isn't it ironic that the "Freeze Step Increases" for the lower level City employees made #1 on the "Top Five" list in the meetings you linked, but friends of MMF brought up a PAY RAISE for City Council Members as one of the very first items for consideration by the Charter Review Committtee!!!  It sure seems to be handy to be in cahoots!!

I wonder which "F of MMF" (Friend of Moving Middletown Forward) owns Section 8 Housing and insisted that they go with the HIGHEST bidder???
