   Middletown's Will Parsons, Monroe's Matt Wackler and Middletown Christian's Becca Wheeler all went into regional cross country meets with hopes of advancing to the state meet this weekend, but all of them had the hopes dashed in the cold, windy conditions outside of Troy's Hobart Arena this past Saturday.
