   Mayfield Village, a Senior Residential Community owned by National Church Residences, is proud to announce its relationship with its Preferred Healthcare Provider, Nurses Care, Inc. This will provide residents with access to  on-site healthcare. To celebrate, we are hosting a kick-off event at Mayfield Village, 2030 Aaron Drive, Middletown, Ohio, 45044. It will be held on February 24 @ 2:00 pm in the community room, and is open to the public. There will be food, prizes, games, and a raffle.
