   The folks down in the South Main street's historical district want Forest Hills CC included in the rezoning for low density housing.They fear that Forest Hills, depending on how it is developed, might decrease their property values. Since Lawrence Mulligan the Third lives down there and sits on council, he will hopefully remove himself from the fray.Is this the old "prominent people live down there so we'll give this our utmost attention" routine? Why is this getting more attention than the issue a few years ago with the Wilbraham Rd. residents concerning the canal pollution (that has since gone away and never resolved) Is this a case of classism by our council?

	Mulligan did step out of the Council meeting whenthis was discussed at a Public Hearing.
