If our mayor has such an illustrious reputation in his current position with the bank then why has he not shown ANY fiduciary responsibility to our city? JMO

While some might argue otherwise, I believe having some of Larry's position on Council as either Mayor or at-large member, is beneficial.
He is First Finanical's President for the Butler/Warren region--which is the bank's historical footprint. Contacts, connections and the ability forge deals and partnerships has to add some value to Middletown.
