8. MOTION AGENDA

(a) Receive, File and Adopt the 2014 City Tax Budget.

(b) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a contract with John R. Jurgenson Co. to construct the Yankee Road Improvements – Phase 2, in the amount not to exceed $949,750.04.

(c) Authorize the sale of a nonproductive City owned lot at 822 Yankee Road for $500.

(d) Receive and File the MidPointe Public Library 2014 Budget Request

(e) Confirm Personnel Appointment- Scott Tadych - Public Works & Utilities Director

II. LEGISLATION

1. Resolution No. R2013-12, a resolution authorizing the transfer of monies in the Storm Water Fund to the Downtown Improvement Fund. (2nd Reading)

2. Resolution No. R2013-13, a resolution authorizing the City Manager to submit a grant application and enter into a grant agreement for the Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant and declaring an emergency.

3. Resolution No. R2013-14, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013 and declaring an emergency. (General Fund) (No action requested until July 2, 2013)

4. Ordinance No. O2013-35, an ordinance authorizing a development agreement with Anthony Properties Realty, Inc. and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until July 2, 2013)

5. Resolution No. R2013-15, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013. (Appropriations Transfer-General Fund)(1st Reading)

6. Ordinance No. O2013-36, an ordinance authorizing an agreement with Wausau Paper for the leasing of certain real property on North Main Street. (1st Reading)
