Japanese group to return  to Middletown for Sister City Project
Osaki City residents visited city three years ago, will be first group since devasting tsunami.
I would guess they'll have more questions than answers after 3 years. 
When did the "Great Miami Tsunami" hit and wipe out GO, Barb's, Duncan, Jack's, Revelos, Swallens, Parking garage, Roosevelt, Sorg Paper, Sunset Pool, Wrenn & others?
How did it manage to leave the opera house, Studio, old Monkey Wards, & Manchester (amongst others) standing?
When did the meltdown occur at the Towne Mall?
When......

Oh, as one host stated:  "We traveled all over Greater Cincinnati. We had a blast".
