The city of Middletown should receive $1.375 million for its transit system. The funds will be used for vehicle replacement, maintenance and facility expansions, according to the plan. In addition, Middletown will receive $750,000 to resurface Sutphin Street between Central and Grand avenues, and $2.25 million to resurface University Boulevard between Reinhartz and Breiel boulevards. |
