Improving customer service has been an important initiative at the city building in the past few months, and has been an issue of discussion at multiple city council meetings.

I have to say, Linda Tong, the Senior Planner and Zoning Administrator was very good at getting back me me regarding signage on our property.
We are considering an electronic sign and she was helpful with mapping our sign location options and providing timely feedback.
Kudos to Linda and the City of Middletown for great customer service.
