BCSO Air Force ?

   Two BC Sheriff's helicopters were at Hook Field today. The current Robinson R44 and a Bell OH-58 Kiowa. I surmise the Kiowa is government surplus. Today is the first time I have seen it. Anyone know if this is an additional chopper or is it a replacement for the R44?
