These people are insane. Middletown is dying, the city hasn't even invested in itself nor its residents in 40 years, including road maintenance, and basic infrastructure, and there is a reference to private investment.
The city has failed its residents time and time again. no leadership, no vison, no intellect, no strategic capabilities. Its political croynyism at its worse, gathering over a glass of wine and discussing 30 years out. In 30 years, Middletown will have 25,000 residents, a baseline income below $30,000, and blighted with buildings 10 times what is seen today, trying to write state and federal grants for more Land Bank income. Apparently, Middletown is inhabited from space aliens from Mars, that do not have oxygen circulating in their cerebral cortex region. Next time, they will fly to Hawaii and contemplate how long it will take to harvest pineapples and sugar cane, 80 degree heat 365/24/7, and simulate an ocean front view as you enter the gates of Middletown. Ms. Smith, that's feedback you seek.
