   I would like to thank the City of Middletown yesterday for the lack of Salt and Snow removal in the Ayrshire neighborhood. The only street you managed to salt was Holly Ave. You may be tracking your trucks with GPS, but you are not tracking if they are dumping salt, as they drive.
