The Summer Kindergarten Readiness that was proposed by the Middletown City Schools did not receive funding for a program this summer, however, through , through the Curriculum Committee’s efforts, they have made important connections to community leaders including Knoll Foundation, Rotary, United Way, AK Steel, and the Middletown Community Foundation. The committee we will continue to build collaborative partnerships to acquire funding for future pre-K education programs in the next year.
