   I saw today that Buffets Inc., the parent company of Hometown Buffet and Ryan's, is filing for bankruptcy. I have to wonder if they've been asking too much for their old building on Roosevelt Avenue and that if the bankruptcy takes that property from them, maybe it could open the doors for another company coming in and purchasing the place.

One can only hope....
