“It keeps all the admin fees in the city.”
That being said, and revealing the real goal of the Middletown Public Housing Authority and its administrators, I think that I will take a shower, head for Carol's Speakeasy and donate a few dollars in support of the Middletown Board of Realtors efforts on behalf of Butler County's foster children!!!
