Recently John Beagle and I went over to Towne Athletic Club on Dixie Hwy to take a tour and get some footage of the facility. The Locke family was very accommodating and gave us a full tour of everything their club has to offer.

Yes, I play 3 days a week out there. Plus their juice bar makes excellent health shakes.

It's hard to believe its been 3 years since we last shot that video.
Its great to see new members around, but there is a core of guys and gals that are dedicated to staying fit. The think I like the best is the smoothies you blend at the health bar. I get one every time I workout. |
