A Citizen for Change.

In many different areas of life, we should aspire to create environments in which people who work hard and play by the rules will rise to the top.

In politics, the pressure for campaign money has become increasingly intense, forcing candidates to spend inordinate amounts of time raising money and to encourage them to try to please the widest range of possible donors.

The citys financial problems have been in plain view, some of our candidates have had previous involvement.  Did they stand out as leaders or problem solvers?  Did they rise to the top?

If they did not come up with solutions before what is different now?

On the other hand I have observed two candidates willing to risk losing in order to stay true to their most fundamental convictions. Striving to find immediate solutions for current problems.  Leaders that show strength of character to tell the public important and difficult truths that we may not want to hear. (In Middletown that has been said to be controversial.)

Mr. Paul Nagy and Mr. Gary Barge have put 100% into researching our current affairs. They have done in-depth research into the citys finances and have formulated a plan to start restoring city services. They have met with many different city, county, & state representatives exploring new and innovative ways and ideas to create a progressive interest and solutions in our area of needs.  They have said If Middletown is successful we will all be successful! Not just some.
