How did the City arrive at 54% below Median income.

The City doesn't have enough money to take care of the current 40% that is designated, why would you even think about doing this citywide with only $600k.  I don't see the logic in this.

Did you hear Jim Armbruster tonight at City Council Meeting talk about "all of the good things that are going to be done in the next 30, 60 to 90 days".  That's to impress you because its  election time and then what?

HOLD THE PHONE!!!!

How could Mr. Armbruster POSSIBLY know this????
There has been NOTHING discussed in PUBLIC!!!  This would CERTAINLY be PUBLIC business, and if it has already been DECIDED, why was it NOT DISCUSSED IN PUBLIC?????

Let me guess- Armbruster's "good things in the next 30,60 90 days will be:
1. a tree planted somewhere within the city
2. someone found a way to keep Sunset Pool open next year
3. more planters for flowers will be located around the city
4. they have formed "neighborhood alliances" to maintain the parks at no cost to the city
5. another tree will be planted somewhere in the city
6. the Sunset Park basketball court will be dedicated "Jerry Lucas Court"
7. Darn if we didn't find another tree to plant!

Very important stuff, this Armbruster priority list is, don't 'ya know!

Jimmy 'Brusterman, you're on a roll. Now, go take a nap.
