Historic Pioneer Cemetery & Millions From HUD??

Much has been printed in the Middletown Journal over the past eight months about millions in HUD funds already received as well as recenlty applied for by the City of Middletown.

My question is, "Now that the City is flush with HUD money, has senior city staff had a change of heart??  Do you think that they'll reconsider your reasonable request for modest CDBG funds to address critical issues at the Historic Pioneer Cemetery??  In your opinion, is there hope that the most historic ground in Middletown will receive equal treatment with selective alley paving, purchase of playground equipment, bulldozing of 50+ Ward 2 houses and the purchase-rehab-resale of 20 Ward 3 houses?
