	Schiavone and group should have taken over The Roosevelt Mens Club lease in the KMart center, since he was so hot on allowing them in. Place is already decked out.

	That would be a better place because the parking lot is better. but if they keep the Damons layout with a Sports bar, that would be nice.

	That parking lot in the old Damon's strip is a mess. You could bust an axle going though there at anything over 5 mph

	Can the city not force these landlords to repair their parking lots that are used by the Public? I mean if the light bulb burns out on my exit sign I can get a ticket
