	more about manner in which business was run and property managed versus location. New Central Tap & Pint opening soon close by. Let's see how successful i can be before we judge location.

	The old location had bedbugs and more going on than just a place to eat food... I remember watching the feds raid the old place. Saw the same kind of ppl hanging around the new place.. I did hope that things would have gotten better but every time I drove by it, it always looked pretty empty. It finally closing for good is no surprise to me either.

	understandable that the same old crowd would follow to the former Liberty location + a few other locals--however we need dining options widely spread to accommodate all classes of citizens--that area is hardly elite we have had decades to watch the location, and the situation there is pretty obvious if you look at it objectively--the address has been dead for decades best wishes to anyone trying to open a food service operation anywhere. the local labor market doesn't help either
