I have 2 small offices on the first floor. One rents for $250/mo and the other $350/mo. (The larger office on the first floor is no longer available)
The rent includes electricity, trash, heat/air plus weekly maid service. |

Hello its Janel the Greek.......would love to know more info on all your offices for RENT... the one for 300 does it have bathrooms, and the sq ft... please let me know thank you so much...

It is the corner office where Team Industrial occupied. http://middletownusa.com/press_releases/1st%20Floor-Plaza%20Level%20Space%20Available%20June%202005.pdf It is right next to the common bathrooms for the entire floor.
Size is 12.5' x 15' approximately.

Hello Mr Beagle............ this is Janel again, you spoke witha dear friend of mine about some office spaces.. Why do you advertise on this site if you have no OFFICE space for rent..I was interested in a small office with two rooms and bathroom..
