WHO'S GONNA RUN THIS PROGRAM? WILL THERE BE ADDITIONAL POSITIONS CREATED FROM THIS? ALOT OF "DOWNTOWN" ORGANIZATIONS BEING CREATED. MAYBE SOME DUPLICATION OF EFFORTS HERE? DUNNO. AND TO DECLARE AN EMERGENCY FOR THIS? WHY?

NO, NOT QUITE 29. THE ONLY WAY WE GET RID OF KOHLER IS WHEN HE LEAVES TOWN WITH A ONE WAY TICKET..NEVER TO RETURN. SAME GOES FOR THE OTHER GILLELAND CLOWNS INCLUDING MOST OF COUNCIL. ALL OF THEM LEAVING WOULD BE THE BEST THING FOR THE CITY AT THIS POINT IN TIME. DONE ENOUGH DAMAGE. ANGERS ME THAT WE NOT ONLY HAD TO PAY THIS CLOWN'S SALARY, BUT WILL BE PAYING ON HIS RETIREMENT ALSO. DOESN'T DESERVE TO RETIRE ON THE TAXPAYER'S DIME.

I don't think Kohler and "entertainment" should be used in the same sentence.
