II. LEGISLATION 
1. Ordinance No. O2013-37, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Howell Contractors, inc. for the repair of the East End Interceptor Sewer and declaring an emergency. 

2. Ordinance No. O2013-38, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Howell Contractors, inc. for the rehabilitation of the North Interceptor Sewer and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until August 6, 2013) 

3. Ordinance No. O2013-39, an ordinance establishing a procedure for and authorizing a contract with Green Township for the purchase of a 2002 fire aerial apparatus and declaring an emergency. (No action requested until August 6, 2013) 

4. Resolution No. R2013-17, a resolution to make adjustments to appropriations for current expenses and other expenditures of the City of Middletown, Counties of Butler and Warren, State of Ohio, for the period ending December 31, 2013. (Appropriations Transfer – Downtown Improvement Fund and General Fund) (1st Reading)
