	That building is in worse shape than I ever imagined. It's going to take several million to fix that place. No wonder the Middletown group backed out as the original buyer. I skimmed through the docs. It looks like they do not have the funds to fix up the place just based on their approach. I just don't see this panning out on the positive side. I think people get caught up in a low purchase price on buildings like this sometimes and they let that cloud their better judgement.
