Interesting that every economic development authorization provides a tax exempt status to the entity. I wonder how long after the tax exemption expires that those companies will move out of town or get another exemption?

Don't worry we go plenty of money for the new paint and construction that is happening in the city managers office. One observation I heard was it's like she's in a bunker. Nice choice of colors by the way. With that extra money we have several offices getting redone along with a new security system for all 40 hourly employees. $ 38,000 is the number I heard. I'm sure if any of us established businesses wanted to enlarge we get a tax break. Don't worry they have the money in one of their 62 accounts.

Doesn't anyone on council question this kind of spending? Heck, this could have opened the pool for a year! |
