Don't know Tudor....with the center only 35% complete, with no coffee bar as yet and drawning less than 7 artists in rented space, with nary a drywall in place over the studs and electric wires hanging down, probably hard to make a call on being a "crowning jewel", isn't it? Still isn't any indication that there is that much interest in this as yet. Your prediction on the "crowning jewel" thing may be a bit premature. This still may not pan out for Verdin and the arts folks and still may end up another "Lake Middletown"/"City Centre Mall" failure, (only uglier with the car hoods idea). Perhaps you were just being sarcastic here. You may be correct in 6 months or so at the pace they are going. It appears Verdin's construction company (isn't that convenient...all in the family!), is in no hurry to get it operational.
